Underground City Tour

Service Description

This tour takes you back almost a thousand years, to medieval times, where we visit two marvelous underground UNESCO World Heritage archaeological sites - Knights' Halls & Templar Tunnel. These sites are part of St. Jean d'Acre, the capital city of the 2nd Kingdom of Jerusalem & the center of the Middle East in its time! In this tour we cover everyday life in Medieval time, architecture, archaeology, art, crafts, industry, history, technology & more! Entrance fees (not included in the tour price): - Knights' Halls & Templar Tunnel: 49 ILS per person (combined ticket) Tour price: This tour costs 600 ILS for a group of up to 15 participants. An additional fee applies for larger groups COVID-19 Precautions: According to current guidelines, we will be required to maintain social distancing & wear a face mask (covering both, mouth & nose) while visiting closed spaces! Notes: - The tour is approximately 2.5 hours long - Sites are wheelchair accessible - Although sites are underground, they are spacious. In case of severe claustrophobia, let me know & we'll avoid the very few narrow spaces
